Last week the state and national fuel price average jumped almost 10 cents. But this week prices show signs of stabilizing again. The statewide average price for a gallon of unleasded regular increased only about a penny to a little less than $2.88 a gallon. Nationwide, prices also increased about one cent to a little more than $2.98.
Here in Globe-Miami prices are around $2.80.
