Police Log

On Saturday local fire agencies responded to a fire in the area of Scott Avenue.The fire was determined to be started by juveniles who were not located. The fire was put out and the case is under investigation.

Globe Police arrested 19 year old Edward Avalos yesterday for domestic violence/assault after a disturbance in the area of Kline and Devereaux.

28 year old Alicia Nosie was arrested for domestic violence/disorderly conduct at a residence on South Devereaux.

A juvenile was referred to juvenile probation for domestic violence/disrderly conduct after a domestic dispute on Hackney.

35 year old Juan Hernandez was arrested for DUI.

On Saturday officers arrested 32 year old Shaun Brooks of Phoenix for assault at Horizon Human Services.

25 year old Christopher Harper was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

One person was arrested after a minor injury accident Friday on Main Street. 18 year old Jacob Reynoso was charged with aggravated assault, possession of marijuana and suspicion of DUI.

42 year old Chester Martin, Jr. was arrested Friday for shoplifting at the Hill Street Safeway.

27 year old Leon King of Mesa was arrested for shoplifting at the Hill Street Safeway.

57 year old Margaret Green was also arrested Friday for shoplifting.

Apache County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23 year old Anthony Martin of San Carlos on a warrant for failure to comply on a charge of assault.

The Gila County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old John Farris for domestic violence after a disturbance on Glendale Avenue.

Deputies are investigating shoplifting at the Claypool Circle K; theft from a vehicle at a residence on Wilbanks; an attempted break in on Braley; criminal damage to a vehicle on Scott Avenue; and criminal damage at the Freeport mine.

Globe Police are investigating a report of harassment; a burglary at a residence on North High Street; and a report of identity theft taken at a residence on Desert Drive.
