Gila Community College’s San Carlos campus is offering several Allied Health Care programs during the spring semester. These include Medical Assistant, Medical Transcription, Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Technician and Pharmacy Technician. These are certificate programs that require between 16 and 24 credits to complete.
Gila Community College is offering these programs to meet the need for a well trained, qualified workforce for the new San Carlos hospital now under construction.
The San Carlos campus will also offer a basic Emergency Medical Technician class this spring.
