Police Log

Nobody was hurt in a two vehicle accident yesterday morning on Broad Street. One driver was cited for unsafe backing.

There were no injuries in an accident yesterday at the Globe Post Office.

Globe Police Department says that today the mobile enforcement unit will be in the area of East Mesquite Street.

Officers were dispatched to a residence on 6th Street about a man who was refusing to leave. 21 year old Joshua Robles was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on that warrant and booked into the Gila County Jail.

21 year old Adam Shores was arrested yesterday on a failure to comply warrant for criminal damage.

Officers are investigating an assault at Globe High School.

28 year old Frederica Upshaw of Peridot turned herself in at the Gila County Sheriff’s Office. Upshaw had a failure to comply warrant for DUI.

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a theft from a vehicle in the Makey’s Camp area and damage to a residence on Noble Drive.
