Miami Town Council meets tonight (Monday) at 6:30. They will consider appointing Sammy Gonzales to the Council to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Jesus Canizales.
The Council will also consider a Resolution declaring Miami’s interest in negotiating with Arizona Eastern Railway to provide rail service between Miami and Globe every Saturday between December 1, 2011 and April 28, 2012. This would be part of the Copper Spike excursion.
