The Bureau of Labor Statistics has released information about women’s earnings in Arizona. In 2010, Arizona women who were fulltime wage and salary workers had median weekly earnings of $667 or 87% of the $767 median weekly earnings of men.
The ratio of women’s to men’s earnings in Arizona increased 11% from the previous year. This is the 4th highest in the nation.
Nationwide, women earned $669 or 81.2% of the $824 median income for men.
