Cenpatico of Arizona is seeking applications from community groups, non-profits and governemnt agencies for projects to help improve local communities.
Cenpatico is the Regional Behavioral Health Authority for Gila, Graham, Greenlee, Cochise, La Paz, Pinal, Santa Cruz and Yuma counties. Every year, they return a portion of their profits for community reinvestment.
In past years, the program has funded a community garden, youth recreation center improvements, literacy programs, a splash park and replacement of worn out air conditioning units.
The deadline to submit a proposal is July 23. Successful grant applicants will be announced in the fall.
