Globe Council Votes to Terminate Redflex Contract

Last night the Globe City Council voted to terminate the City’s contract with Redflex for photo traffic enforcement.

The vote to drop Redflex passed by the 5 to 1 majority required in the  contract.

Councilwoman Mary Ann Uhl was the only council member to vote against the termination of the Redflex contract.

The cameras will come down sometime in the next 60 to 90 days.
