There will be a Christmas Light Parade in Bylas on Wednesday
(December 12) and in San Carlos on Thursday. The parades are from 6 to 8:pm.
Cash prizes will be awarded for the top five entries in each
parade with a $500 prize for the best entry that takes part in both parades.
