The Gila County Sheriff’s Office says there was a
typographical error in its July 3 press release that was printed and broadcast
by local media.
The July 3 press release said that Dina Benavides was arrested
on a contempt of court warrant.
The press release should have said that 41 year
old Gina Benavides was arrested on a contempt of court warrant.
