An ATV rider has died in an accident near Geronimo Estates
on Forest Road 64.
The Gila County Sheriff's Office says the driver was
traveling south on Forest Road 3099 and trying to get back on Forest Road 64
when he lost control. The driver was found dead, trapped under the ATV.
The accident is believed to have occurred late Wednesday
night or early Thursday morning.
The driver’s identity has been withheld pending notification
of next of kin.
