Two local agencies are participating in the Arizona Gives
Day Initiative on Wednesday.
United Fund of Globe-Miami and Miami Genesis are among the
1,000 Arizona nonprofits included in the 24-hour online fundraising event on
Wednesday.
The purpose of the event is to raise awareness and support for
Arizona nonprofits and to show the benefits of online giving.
During the 24 hour period on April 9, Arizonans are
encouraged to donate to the nonprofit organization of their choice at
AZGives.org.
