Globe-Miami Habitat for Humanity will have a home dedication on Sunday, September 30 at 3:pm. It’s at the April Hernandez family home at 605 S. Sycamore Street.

Globe-Miami Habitat For Humanity House number 8 is now in the planning stage and building is expected to start in Miami in late October. This non-profit local group is always looking for families to build a home for, and volunteers and donations to help. For more information call (928) 425-6464.

A Dedication and Open House for the latest Habitat for Humanity house starts at 3:pm Sunday (May 22).

The house is at 1487 Upper Pinal Creek Road in Globe.

Habitat Surplus House Open on Saturday

The Globe-Miami Habitat for Humanity Surplus House will be open on Saturday from 8:am until 2:pm. It’s at 352 S. Hill Street in Globe, across from the Hill Street Antique Mall.

Habitat Surplus Building Supply Sale

Habitat for Humanity is having a Surplus Building Supply Sale Saturday from 8:am until 2:pm. The sale will be at 354 Hill Street. Proceeds will go back into the building fund for future homes in the Globe-Miami community.

Habitat Looking for Volunteers

Globe-Miami Habitat for Humanity is calling for volunteers to help erect the walls of the current house being built at 1487 Upper Pinal Creek Road. That’s near Jesse Hayes Road and Beer Creek Crossing. They’ll be there Saturday between 8:am and 3:pm.
