Miami Rotary Club Accepting Scholarship Applications

The Miami Copper Cities Rotary club is accepting scholarship applications from Miami High School  Seniors.

Applications should be mailed to P.O. Box 33, Miami, AZ 85539 and must be received no later than April 24.

Elks and Rotary Yard Sale

The Pinal Mountain Elks Lodge and the Globe Rotary Club will hold a yard sale this Saturday  from 8:am to 4:pm at the Elks Lodge.

A variety of household items will be for sale, except for clothes.

Backhoe Rodeo on Saturday

The Copper Cities and Globe Rotary Clubs are sponsoring the Backhoe Rodeo which will be held Saturday in the Fry’s parking lot behind Wells Fargo Bank.

Backhoe operators will compete for a $3,000 purse.
