Memorial Day Ceremony in Miami

A Memorial Day Ceremony will be held on Monday (May 26) at Veterans Memorial Park in Miami. It starts at 9:am.

Two families will be honored at the ceremony. The family of Manuel V. Mendoza, a World War II veteran, and the family of Clarence Eugene Goss, who was killed in Vietnam, will receive  plaques.

Soft drinks and a snack will be offered after the ceremony. 

You will also be able to order bricks for the Miami Veterans Memorial Wall.

Memorial Day Ceremonies in Globe and Miami

A Memorial Day Ceremony and Veterans Wall dedication will take place at Miami’s Veterans Memorial Park today (Monday) at 9:am.

The public is invited to Veterans Memorial Park in Globe for a Memorial Day program hosted by the American Legion Post. The program starts at 11:am. The women’s auxiliaries will serve a lunch at 1:pm at the American Legion Post on South Broad Street.

A Memorial Day Ceremony and Veterans Wall dedication will take place at Miami’s Veterans Memorial Park on Monday (May 27) at 9:am.

The Town of Miami will have a Memorial Day Ceremony next Monday, May 28. It will be at 9:am at Veterans Memorial Park on Sullivan Street.

There will be light refreshments after the ceremony.

The American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars will have a Memorial Day ceremony at 11:am Monday at Veterans Memorial Park at Globe City Hall. The Womens Auxillary will host a pot luck meal at the American Legion Post immediately following the ceremony.

The Women’s Auxillary is hosting a pot luck meal immediately following the ceremony at the American Legion Post.

The Town of Miami will have a Memorial Day ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park on Monday, May 30 at 9:am. There will be a guest speaker and the Mayor will read the Presidential Proclamation.
