Help Charles A. Bejarano School's Recycling Competition

Charles A Bejarano Elementary School  is participating in FundingFactory’s 2014 Recycling Rumble. It is competing against Washington Elementary School in San Gabriel, California.

You can help by dropping off laser and inkjet cartridges and used cell phones, mp3 players, GPS devices and digital cameras between now and April 15.

The winning organization between the two will earn a 25% fundraising bonus. The top recycler nationwide will also receive $5,000 from the national fundraising through recycling program FundingFactory.

Collection boxes are located at the Claypool Post Office and the Miami Post Office. Or items may be dropped off at Charles A. Bejarano school on Ragus Road.

Charles A. Bejarano School Family Night and Book Fair

The Charles A. Bejarano Elementary School Book Fair is going on this week, every day from 7:30am to 3:30pm in the library. 

They’re selling raffle tickets for a basket filled with $100 worth of books and other items. Raffle tickets are $2 each or 6 for $10.

Family Night is tomorrow (Tuesday) from 5:30 to 7:pm at Charles Bejarano School.

Charles Bejarano School Collecting Old Cell Phones and Ink Cartridges

Charles A. Bejarano Elementary School is collecting old cell phones and empty ink cartridges to be recycled. This will help provide needed classroom supplies.

This is an on going effort that also  includes small electrical devices like Ipods, cameras, mp3 players and laptops.

You can bring the items to Charles Bejarano School or to recycle bins located at both the Claypool and Miami Post Offices.
