Storm Spotter Training in Globe April 20
A free training will be held in Globe on Saturday, April 20
to teach you how to be a National Weather Service Storm Spotter.
You will learn how thunderstorms work, how to identify cloud
features associated with microbursts and tornadoes, and how to visually
estimate wind speeds.
The training session will take place from 10 to Noon on
April 20 at the Gila County Emergency Management Office on Apache Avenue in
Globe.
