Arizona Program Helps 'Kinship Caregivers'

An Arizona program is helping people who are caring for children who are related to them but aren’t their own children. The Kinship KARE program is part of the Arizona's Children Association.

KTAR in Phoenix reports that more than 96,000 Arizona children were living in grandparent-headed households and more than 52,000 grandparents were raising their grandchildren.
