Miami Town Council meets Monday at 6:30pm. They will approve the use of $500 from the Special Events Fund for the Genesis “Pride of Miami Project.” They will also approve hiring a firm to perform the audit of the Miami Magistrate Court.
The Council will go into Executive Session for legal consultation concerning the Town’s Brownfields Grant for the Barcon/Fitzpatrick Building. They will also discuss pending litigation with the Barcon Corporation and possible settlement discussions for Fritz v. Town of Miami.
