Police Log

About 2:30 this morning a motor home hit a guardrail on Highway 60 near the Wild West Center and spun out into the middle of the road. 28 year old Jarod Spencer was arrested for DUI.

A car struck a vehicle that was stopped at a red light at highway 60 and Miami Avenue over the weekend. One driver was cited.

Miami Police arrested the owner of a pit bull in the Glass Canyon area. The dog bit two people.

Officers are investigating a report of BB gun damage to several windows at a Miami business.

Yesterday Globe Police arrested 23 year old Justine Robertson for shoplifting at the Claypool Safeway.

42 year old Kyle Cook was arrested yesterday for public nuisance.

Two juveniles were arrested late Saturday night for damaging mailboxes in the Skyline area.

Saturday night officers stopped 19 year old Eduardo Armenta, who fled the scene after shoplifting at Walmart.

20 year old Anthony Gonzales was arrested for shoplifting at a business on North US 60.

49 year old John Imhoff was arrested Saturday afternoon for reckless driving.

44 year old Glen Edwards was arrested for DUI.

Officers arrested 48 year old Clifford Martin on a failure to comply warrant for assault and disorderly conduct.

On Friday an officer conducted a followup investigation and arrested 27 year old Joseph Montgomery for animal cruelty.

59 year old Franklin Reede was arrested on a failure to comply warrant for attempted shoplifting.

The Department of Public Safety in Flagstaff arrested 45 year old Freeman Skidmore of San Carlos on a failure to comply warrant for false information.

Gila County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 29 year old Loren Philpot at a traffic stop Friday night. Philpot left the scene of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Roberts Drive. He was charged with disorderly conduct/domestic violence, assault and extreme DUI.

19 year old Carlin Dyer was cited and released for driving with a suspended license.

Deputies are investigating an assault that occurred Friday night at a residence on Alcott; a burglary at a home on Sharps Road; a burglary on Burnham Street; and a theft at a residence on Wheatfields Road.
