The Gila County Board of Supervisors meets today (Tuesday)
at 10:am.
They will discuss and prioritize road improvement projects
on roads within federal lands. They will authorize the Public Works Department
to submit one or more projects to the Central Federal Lands Highway Division.
They will also prioritize future projects under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self Determination Act.
The Supervisors will
vote on an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Town of Miami to
disburse up to $25,000 for the Cobre Valley Community Transit’s Dial-a-Ride
Program.
